Can you believe that the year is almost at it’s end? Time has once again flown by and I find myself thinking about everything I’ve accomplished this year and what my goals are in the year to come. I don’t want to bore you with all the details on this but that is where I am at right now, the first part of this year I had some time off from my studies, I found the time to put everything into my blog and it paid off well. The second half of the year I started law school and struggled to find the time to maintain the blog the way I usually did, having to juggle classes, events and doing work for thses look posts became quite tough and then I came to realise that the quality of my posts are way more important than the quantity.
This specific post was inspired by the location, the beauty of the City we live still astounds me, because of the rawness of the location I tried to be as natural as I could be while still giving an editorial look to the post. Doing this post was extremely fun, the surroundings were peaceful and shaded, keeping me cool and out of the sun.
I feel that this post is somehow a depiction of the way I would like the new year to start off, different, fresh with new beginnings and new possibilites, a clean slope in which we can build and grow from once again. This year is however not over yet, I still have a few exams to get through and a whole lot of celebrating to do this Decemeber so these thoughts and this post might be a bit premature but for some reason I just can’t shake the thought of next year, maybe it’s the because I’ll be transitioning into the working enviroment and I’m slighlty freaked about having to get a job or struggling to get one. In a sense I feel everyone goes through this sometime in there life, the transition might not be like mine, going from a student to the working enviroment, it might be becoming a parent or getting married or starting your life in a new country, change isn’t always exciting, it could be nerve wrecking and most people don’t do well with change but after 6 years of studying I’m ready to embrass change and start something new, the next chapter.
In the end I guess everything will work out the way it is supposed to as long as I keep working for what I want, this is where I stop my rambling and give you what it is you really want – outfit details below lol!
All the best for what is left of 2014 and as always thanks for reading.
