Good Morning Babes!
Today I release my fifth and final #FiestaOOTD post. This one is probably my favourite look of the bunch, not because of the outfit but because of the way Grace captured it. The outfit and the frozen white Fiesta stands out perfectly against the brown toned background and give the pictures such a pop.
I have to admit that I am sad to see the Fiesta go. These past three weeks have been a breeze and so I thought I'd share with you the practical reasons why I love the car so much. It was the first time I drove a car with a start button, I usually struggle to get my key into the ignition and have to look at what I'm doing - this was no longer a problem.
The Ford Fiesta 1.0l EcoBoost is an automatic car and I'm usually used to driving manual. The EcoBoost made the transition so easy for me; since I’ve been driving the Fiesta I’ve became lazy towards driving stick shift lol. For those of you who can't handle automatic please don't despair, the Fiesta now comes in PowerShift where you're able to change it up between automatic and Sport mode. I can't lie I enjoyed the PowerShift from time to time. Just two days ago I was caught by a speed trap but before any of you think I'm some reckless driver, I was only going 80 in a 60 zone.
There are quite a few things that women look for in a car and the Fiesta has it all! The car has to be sexy, it has to attract attention and the boot compartment needs to be huge. The Fiesta has auto headlamps with daytime running lights that are guaranteed to turn heads. One thing that made doing these outfit shoots extremely easy was the fact that I could pile the boot full of shoes, clothes, handbags, accessories and everything else needed for the shoots. The spacious front and back seating made it easy for me to change between them.
Women are always concerned about safety. The Fiesta has driver, front passenger, knee, side and curtain airbags. The passenger airbags come with an on and off switch and I love that the Ford comes with "follow me home" lights, the headlights and puddle lights were programmed to stay on a few seconds longer after the car’s been switched off. This convenient feature that guides your safely to your door and gives you that feel that someone’s making sure you get inside safely.
The EcoBoost is not only for women as it's fitted with a 1.0L Turbo-charged DOHC 3 cylinder EcoBoost engine. Take my word for it, the car has power. The car overall is an amazing vehicle, it definitely simplifies one’s life a lot with things such as cap-less refueling system, fuel consumption at 4,3L for every 100kms (super economical), rain sensing wipers, auto air conditioner with climate control and heated seats. This car basically drives you without you having to do a thing other than steering but then again it has a cruise control with steering mounted controls too.
I’m sad to see the EcoBoost go it suits me so much better than my own car lol.
