We’ve all noticed that celebrities all over the world have been going bra-less, this wasn’t really a trend I took to lightly because I don’t necessarily love my breasts and I think they’re too small. As human beings, we are so quick to criticise ourselves and point out what it is we actually don’t like about ourselves instead of embracing what we have and just loving our bodies.
I, therefore, decided to go bra-less the night of the lingerie show at Canal Walk, some of you might have seen the image on my Instagram, you can view it here. After standing in the mirror and being totally undecided I asked Hishaam what he thought about the look and he quite loved it. It then gave me the boost I needed to finally go bra-less. Since then I’ve felt quite liberated, not only is it the most comfortable feeling in the world but it looks quite cool too.
Now I know this trend might not be for everyone and that’s okay some women really need the support of a bra and I also don’t suggest doing it every day. However, if you’re feeling daring and you want to try a new trend this may just be the one for you.
Let me know what your thoughts are about going braless, would you do it? Leave your comments below, I love hearing from you guys.
