My birthday week was nothing short of amazing and the Century City Hotel played such a big role in it, I checked in there ready for dinner and a great nights stay but received so much more. As I entered the room I was welcomed with balloons, cupcakes, champagne and little gifts, the room was spacious and the bathroom was large.
The bed seemed as if it could swallow me up, it was huge and the whole feel of the space was luxurious. I couldn't help but take a little afternoon nap and revitalize myself for the evening's festivities.
Before dinner we had some pre-drinks at the hotel bar, we were each served a cocktail that the hotel has been serving for breast cancer awareness month, so of course it was pink. We had dinner at hotel restaurant known as the Square Cafe and as you can see below it's gorgeous. The food was amazing, I had the sirloin with sweet potato fries as a main but what stood out for me on the night was the starter. I had the chicken livers, the dish was spicy and it literally tantalizes the senses.
Myself and my guests had such a fun night and to end it off we had the delicious cake you see below, how gorgeous? It was almost too pretty to eat.
I would recommend a stay at the Century City Hotel to anyone, the service was five star, the hotel completely exceeded my expectations and they went above and beyond with everything on the night and all into the next morning. As most of you know hotel breakfasts are my favorite and the Century City Hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever had.
