Hey my lovelies!
It’s me once again bringing you yet another hotel review. These have definitely become one of my favourite things to do on this blogging journey that I’ve been on and with my birthday weekend I got to do it again while staying at The Premier Hotel in Sea point.
The hotel has lots of character and their suite rooms are huge (that’s where we stayed), the view is spectacular and it’s literally five minutes away from everything. The staff was so lovely and welcoming and I absolutely love their bar and restaurant area.
On arrival the room was beautifully set up and the team at The Premier even had a little gift for me and some cake, which I thought was so sweet. We ordered room service and the food at the hotel was amazing, for dinner they did serve a buffet on one of the nights that we stayed there which isn’t exactly my favourite but the food was great nonetheless. They don’t serve buffet every night, we missed out on their usual dinner menu the Friday night because that was the night of my birthday party so I feel like I need to return to try out their actual menu.
The weekend of our stay we had amazing weather and I was a little disappointed that the pool area was closed down due to the water restrictions in Cape Town, I do also think that the Premier’s pool area does need a tiny bit of a renovation but nothing too serious that it would keep you from visiting again.
Finally the biggest test to pleasing me when it comes to staying over at a hotel (as many of you may know) is the hotel breakfast. I loved The Premier’s front outside area which is super cute for breakfast and the night before I even chilled out there with some friends, it is a little dimmly lit at night though, I would suggest they add some more lighting. Most importantly though the breakfast was lovely, Hishaam and I had more than one plate (as usual) so that’s always a good sign.
During breakfast the hotel GM even came up to us to find out if we were enjoying ourselves and if we enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The customer service at this hotel is quite outstanding and on our way out we had a whole conversation with the front desk staff because they needed to know how my birthday weekend went lol!
Thank you so much for The Premier Hotel Team for having, I had a blast of a birthday weekend and you guys played such a major role in it.
